Upper case is INTERVIEWER / Lower case is interviewee
Appraisal interviews:
Plan to conduct an appraisal interview based on the interview experience conducted for the employment interviews earlier in the semester.
The interviewer is expected to lead the appraisal process following the guidelines established in the text and discussed in class and in the assignment.
The interviewee is expected to actively participate in the process and be appropriately prepared based on a self-assessment of their interview performance during the employment interview and as described in this assignment.
This assignment is worth 100 points total for successfully completing both the interviewee and interviewer roles.
